Si le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge ne conteste pas sa paternité sur le rapport secret faisant état de tortures dans les prisons de la CIA, il déplore en revanche le fait que le document ait été rendu public.

Le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) n'a pas contesté, lundi 16 mars, l'authenticité du rapport sur les actes de torture commis dans les prisons secrètes de la CIA, dont la New York Review of Books a publié des extraits dimanche, en attribuant au CICR la paternité du document.
